HS4U is a Private Billing TeleHealth Service which provides Bulk-billing for only those who are under 12 years of age and hold a valid Medicare card.

Consultations are auto timed and billed, and will be debited from your nominated Credit/Debit card once the consultation is concluded.
Upon your request for a consultation, a nominal fee from your card is held by the Bank, and will be transferred to our account ONLY at the completion of a successful consultation; otherwise, the money will be released back to your card by the Bank.
The Consultation time includes the time taken in documenting all your relevant medical notes, since the consultation is commenced, and will be charged accordingly.
